Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing (additional charges apply).

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production will have begun.
